Processing Time

Many of our products are made to order, hence the time needed to fill an order typically ranges from 1-8 business days. However, there is no guaranteed processing time. Updates on processing time will be listed at the top banner of our website if there is currently an extended processing time.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States but hope to offer international shipping soon!

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping as all of our products are coming to you from Hawaii.

How do I track my order?

If you selected Ground Advantage or Priority Mail shipping, your tracking link will be sent to you via email. If you selected our Economy or First Class Mail service, tracking is not provided.

Returns

How do I return an item?

We accept returns made within 3 days of delivery. You’ll be responsible for return shipping and products must be shipped within 7 days of delivery. Shipping costs from the original order will not be refunded.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation of an order may be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. However, if your order is shipped prior to receiving notice of cancellation, your order cannot be cancelled.
